Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, restocks), processing may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order ships.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–2 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

United States

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories unless stated otherwise on specific product pages.

International Shipping

If you plan to offer international shipping, I can add a section here.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages

If a package shows as “delivered” but is missing:

We will assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect:

  • Please contact us immediately.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be changed.

Customers are responsible for reshipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
