Refunds & Returns
1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Items returned after the 15-day window will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Return address will be provided in the approval email.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
6. Refund Process
